My room had roaches crawling on the ceiling and bedbugs in the bed. When I first checked in there was only one comforter on the bed closest to the window and the bed beside the bathroom did not have a comforter on the bed. I didn't make a big deal about it and I still continue to pay for extra nights and checked out of the hotel completely Friday morning. I was later charged $50 to my card and accused of stealing a comforter per the housekeeper when there was only one comforter in the room and currently waiting on the front desk to get back in contact with me for my money to be returned back to my card because I did not steal a comforter. Will not recommend because the housekeepers do not know how to take accountability for half doing their job and the blame is put on the customer.

I enjoyed the stay and it fitted the bill. I found the staff to be so friendly and that makes a difference in these times. I would stay there again!!!
