Quality Inn Whiteville, NC Front desk manager, Tina was extremely pleasant, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Unfortunately, once in our room, finding mold in our bathroom, wet spots on the ceiling, the front desk was unable to do anything, and I was under extreme time constraints to attend other functions, and by the time we returned, I was too tired to argue about it. Then I woke up for breakfast at 8:50 only to find out that it closed at 9 o’clock. I thought it was 10 but I was wrong. Thank you. .

The room was musty smell and had mold in the bathroom walls and around the exhaust fan in the ceiling. Also had condensation builds up in the bathroom on the floor, making the floors slippery.

The staff was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We were able to keep our boat there with no issues. There was a crowd that came in late that was pretty loud and left after about 15 minutes. The AC didn't work great, but it was like 100 degrees outside so that's probably usual. We were still able to get good rest for our business trip the next day. The rooms were very clean. We will be staying in the future most definitely.
