My room was very nice and it was quiet (important!) also convenient location - however they should pick up all the cigarette butts all around the driveway - sends a bad message & looks bad - they should check this daily - there must have been 50 butts on the driveway.

The front desk staff was friendly and the location convenient. The bed was comfortable and included a fridge and microwave, which was great. Unfortunately, the housekeeping standards are very poor. We found serious grime in the bathtub, lots of mold or some other suspicious stains on the blackout curtains, broken glass shard on the floor, serious dust accumulation on the headboard, and a dirty floor in the closet area with debris. The mattress was also off its base, which left about 2 inches of metal rods sticking out at shin height on one side of the bed. I noted all of this on the back of the tip envelop and included the glass shard, which I delivered to the front desk and discussed. This hotel could easily rate much higher if the housekeeping was improved. I can overlook some peeling paint here and there, but cleanliness is critical.

Place was dirty, plumbing did not work properly in the bathroom and loud banging noises all night. Paid a lot of money for a dump.
