Upon arrival I was informed that my reservations that I’d made ahead of time had been downgraded due to hotel construction. No one reached out prior to arriving to confirm if the change were ok or to even make me aware of the change. I was offer smaller rooms for a cheaper rate as the only option with a promise of resolution in the morning because I arrive a little after 10pm when no manager was on duty. The next day I was alerted about several charges to my card when I only authorized 2. The hotel was charging for a room I hadn’t stayed in as well as unexplained charges. Upon speaking with the manager I was not any more clear about what was happening and the charges continued throughout my stay. Out side of that issue a few other guest were complaining about various issues they had with their service and stay as well. The rooms I was given were small and the beds were tiny and uncomfortable. My spouse and I had to sleep in separate beds because we both didn’t fit. The water in our rooms never got very hot so showers weren’t great. The microwave is old and takes a long time to heat.The breakfast isn’t friendly to people who don’t eat pork but still want meat. The breakfast room can only be accessed by walking in the pool area. If you book in the winter don’t expect to use the pool that area isn’t heated and is very cold. Only 1 elevator works so getting to any floor takes more time. The free parking is about the nicest thing about the place.

The manager here is very rude she stated the safety at this hotel for the guest is not her concern she can't control homeless people sleeping and running up and down the hallways I had garbage thrown all in front of both of out room doors four consecutive nights,also my toilet didn't work properly.

Reviewed on the previous pagemail. Need more television channels. Only news channels and one HBO doesn't work
