Hotel is old.

Old and out of date. NO elevator! All rooms must be accessed by stairs. Pet friendly ok, but yapping dog was annoying. Owners left poor thing alone. Bad owners!

It worked for flight out of Logan

The property was convenient for a park/sleep/fly out of Logan. The room was clean, but basic. The mid-day gap in shuttle service was inconvenient for us as we were ready at the airport at 12:30pm, but had to wait until 2:30 pm to be picked up. The lack of a real lobby with comfortable seating was not the best. I would do it again if my travel plans were out of Logan.

Service charge with no services

We were in a room that was directly on the busy street. It was virtually impossible to sleep because of the street noise. We were charged a $15.00 service fee which we have never been charged before by our many stays at Choice hotels. We did not receive ANY EXTRA SERVICES. We came in, went to our room and did not request anything extra. Also, in the morning, there was only coffee for breakfast! At all other Choice hotels, there is always some sort of breakfast. So no services, no breakfast, what in the world did we pay $15.00 for? This is why the survey score of 1.
