My room was supposed to be booked as a points using that got screwed up. I was supposed to have a different rate that got screwed up. They charged me $100 more than I thought I was supposed to pay. The room was very nice, but there was no shampoo or conditioner two days in a row with the room being cleaned I was not recognized as a elite diamond number
