The staff is rude there is never no manager on duty the GM is never available and did not return my calls No one came around to clean the room, no towels had to wait all day for them to wash towels to get for our rooms.had to remove my own trash and get toilet paper for our rooms, my sheets were dirty on arrival no one changed them for 2 days. Breakfast area a mess every morning no one tending to it, desk clerk just sitting at the counter on his phone he did not care. Desk clerks kept telling me GM would be in and he never showed they lied to me. Overall terrible experience and her it is 8/1 and I complained through choice hot line and the GM still has not called me Terrible do not stay there I have always stayed at Comfort Suites over the years I have been traveling in different locations and this is the first time I experience anything like this. Terrible.

Hotel was nice and clean. We got settled into our room and then the toilet got clogged. I called at 6:30am and as of 10:30 am it still was not fixed! We had to keep using the 1st floor hotel bathroom. Which was inconvenient since we were on the 2nd floor. We switched rooms this time on 1st floor and he did let us inspect it but towards the night the 2nd room our toilet got clogged again! It took maintenance maybe 50 mins to come which he did semi fix it. Then we needed ice. And the 1st floor ice machine wasn’t working so I had to go to the 2nd floor. We thought house keeping was going to clean our room and no one showed up. On the day of check out which is 11am, we had housekeeping knock at 9am wanting to clean it. I sent my son to go get a cart at 10 and our keys were not active anymore for the doors. Thank god I was in the room, but I thought they’d work until check out time.

I was first assigned the 2nd floor. It reaped of Marijuana. I became very ill and continue to experience headaches and nausea. I reported the issue and was reassigned to the 3rd floor. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Whenever I used the elevator it was saturated with Marijuana fumes. I was ill and my clothing picked up the horrific scent. The receptionist tried to spray to neutralize the smell however failed. It was not the experience I expected.
