smoky room, rude staff
Room reeked of smoke. Staff was rude. Room smelled horrible, as did the room of a friend who was staying. Maid was smoking while cleaning.

The room was nice and clean, but there was no security latch on the entrance door and one of the refrigerator shelves was broken
