We did have a good stay we had one the the renovated rooms it looked nice but seems cheaply done our shower doors wouldn't stay closed the door for the bathroom was hanging off the track when we arrived most of the staff was friendly but the one working Friday morning was rude acted like we were a bother for asking for towels that morning

Rooms are very old and kind of gross. Terrible television options. Hairdryer needed to replaced.

We were very disappointed having stayed at several Ascend hotels elsewhere. This was just a VERY tired, worn hotel with no charm. Charm was a hallmark of other Ascends. The rooms are adequate but barely. Carpet was old and worn, AC was noisy, beds squeaked, bathrooms were very old with low toilets appropriate for kindergarten. We had our grandson and hoped to give him a fun experience. Our trip was great, but the hotel was poor. We will express our disappointment with Choice executives. The hotel is undergoing remodeling but we don't believe the property is Ascend quality.
