Lack of cleanliness and appearance, condition of the rooms and property in general!

There were cigarette butts in the shower, holes in the bedsheets and comforter, the tv remote did not work and we were given 1 small face cloth as a towel for 2 guests. It had a poor smell and the hallways were full of trash and dried liquid on the walls. Also, there were a group of people drinking alcohol and loitering outside of the hotel, causing us to feel uncomfortable. An office employee entered the room of a paying customer after the customer left their room because the employee wanted to see if their tv remote would work for our tv. The lack of respect and privacy shown to the customer who reserved the room was unacceptable and alarming.

Room was filthy. Blood stain on towel in bathroom. Tub had multiple areas where surface was worn away. Outside my room other residents laying across the walkways drinking beer. Outside my unit I had to look at what seemed to be a homeless encampment. The area was covered with trash and beer bottles. I’ve never been this angry about any choice hotel.
