Reservations must be booked through a Choice Hotels™ direct channel, such as www.choicehotels.com, Choice Hotels mobile application, Choice Hotels™ contact centres or at a Choice branded hotel. This rate offer is eligible for Choice Privilege points. 

The stay must be booked between 19 November 2024 and 28 February 2025 and completed between 21 November 2024 and 31 March 2025. A stay includes all consecutive nights at the same hotel regardless of check-ins or check-outs. Discount will not apply if guests check out early, which results in a stay of less than the required nights.  Discount will be applied immediately upon booking the room. The actual discount rate relates to the participating hotel's Best Available Rate (BAR), which is a specific rate type that varies depending on time of purchase, is unrestricted, non-qualified and excludes any other discounted rates. Early departure fees, deposit and cancellation restrictions may apply and will vary by hotel. Discounts may be withdrawn if you check out early. Early check-out will result in rate adjusting from discounted rate to the daily BAR at the participating location. Unless otherwise stated, quoted rates are per room per night, based on single/double occupancy and do not include taxes, gratuities, or incidental charges.

Only valid for qualifying stays, which excludes rooms booked below certain rates, reward night stays, complimentary rooms, rooms paid for as part of a convention or meeting, rooms booked through a travel agent or third-party online retailer including online travel agencies, wholesale packages, group tours, and stays booked using the employee discount or the friends, family, and associate discount.
