Rooms are clean and staff is awesome
Carpets were freshly cleaned, they were a little damp still but would rather that than a dirty floor. They dried out quickly.

S. Bain was the only problem.
Lucas is great, but owner S. Bain is on a power trip. He lacks customer communication skills and appreciation. We understand he is the owner but we purchased a service and aren’t toleration being spoken to in a degrading manner. Never in my years have I ever written a negative review on any on my stays it’s always me leaving every Choice hotel with a positive look but this stay at Reno I can’t.
I hope this is handled, I’ll hate for any Choice member to experience this sour behaviors.
