The Smoke from other rooms was overwhelming in the Non-Smoking room. The Room was under construction or needed to be. The lights over the Bathroom sink was out and the light fixture plate over the sink was off exposing the ceiling. It was leaning against the bathroom counter and ceiling tile over the bathtub was off exposing the ceiling. It Looked like black mold or mildew growing in the ceiling over the tub where there was no tile. There was an extra box spring leaning against the wall in the room. The TV didn't work with the remote. The Shower didn't work well with a leak spraying outside the tub. The Upholstered furniture in the room and throughout the hotel was dirty, stained and heavily soiled likely unhygienic and carrying bacteria. The Sheets were clean but the Towels and wash cloths were dingy and stained.

The building was disgusting. The mirror in the bathroom was falling off the wall. The countertop in the bathroom was broken. It reeked of weed when we walked in…so strong that it gave all of us headaches. My children even asked why it smelled so bad. And in the morning when I went to brush my teeth, a roach ran across the countertop. It was an absolutely disgusting hotel that I will never stay in again. Honestly if it wasn’t so late and I didn’t have four very tired children we would have cancelled and went somewhere else. But unfortunately there were no other hotels around and we had no choice. But never again. I would rather drive further with four screaming kids over stay at this hotel again.

It was terrible and they actually should not have charge us at all for the rooms. We drove for 6 hours from Atlanta to Mississippi, arriving at the hotel about 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, 7/31/25, only to be so disappointed. I was tired and was expecting to take a nice shower and get some rest, but unfortunately that could not happen. The toilet and tub was so unclean, and I have do have picturesto prove it. The tub was so nasty that I did not and would not take a shower in it. I had no choice when it came to using using the toilet, although I did not want to. I made reservations for 3 nights, from Thursday, 7/31/25 through Sunday, 8/3/25 but because of how unclean the room was, we got up early Friday morning, praying to find another hotel and we did and so we checked out.
