The rooftop restaurant was great. The views are magnificent and the staff was very friendly.

The staff were nice enough and professional. However, the parking (only non valet option was $30+ overnight option across the street, 110 degrees in searing sun trying to figure out how to scan a QR code to pay). Only other option? $40+ to valet. Not very customer friendly options. The pool bar was not open at night when they said it would be. The room shade was broken so sun came streaming in. TV basically did not work, might have been the remote or just the general programming, could not figure out how to simply watch local news, etc. Some weird sound of coming from speaker in bathroom about connecting to bluetooth? Really odd. Room was baking hot when we checked in, had to immediately turn the AC way down to make it even possible to stay in. Breakfast options super expensive. Hoping things can improve over time, but, unfortunately poor first impression.

Got in later than expected, staff was pleasant and efficient at checkin. Very nice room on 4th floor with view of city lights! Warm shower and comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and a warm blanket. Will be there next month! Highly recommend!!
