They can do better.
They put a $50 extra fee on my credit card. Before booking I called and asked if you had to pay anything additional at check in as I know some hotels do. They said there was not an additional hold. That was a lie. I asked if the pool was up and running and they said it was. I don’t think it would have been sanitary for anyone to swim in that pool. It is very hard to get in contact with anyone at the front desk as they rarely answer the phone.

Nice hotel
Location was nice and central. Staff was sometimes absent when I needed them. Room was clean but there was dirt and I needed to clean myself in the bathroom.
Breakfast was ok but there was no orange juice. I believe this is a staple for breakfast. It was also low on yogurt and other cold items.
