1. There weren't any hand towels in the room. 2. The towels, wash clothes & tub mat were dirty and stained. 3. The tub surround was rusted. 4. The air conditioner filter must have been VERY dirty and it gave a musty smell. 5. The carpet was VERY dirty!! 6. The on/off switch on the desk lamp was broken off. 7. The cord for the window blind was broken off. 8. If evidence of the above is needed I took several pictures 9. When I went to the front desk, the clerk was very nice. However, as I waited for some hand towels, the door to the next room, apparently the laundry room was open. Straight ahead was the front loading washer. It was JAM PACKED with items. It is no wonder the towels and bedding are not clean. 10. To get the hotel was very, very difficult. 11. Do I need to go on as this was an extremely awful room to stay in. 12. There is NO QUALITY about this room at least. I can only imagine the same in the rest. 13. The back door appeared the need to use one's room key to get in, however, it was never latched. Real security!

It appeared that the hotel was being remodeled. The bathroom was updated. Yet, the shower had rust along the edges. The towels were thin and not completely white. Bedding was okay. The cabinets were scraped up. The main hallway had older carpet and some holes in it. The pool was empty. Breakfast was average.

Disgusting cleanliness of carpet and common areas. Poorest morning breakfast buffet and least stocked I have ever had. Room was clean. Bed very comfortable and staff fine. Pool was out of order which was disappointing.
