Improve those handicap rooms asap!
The handicap room was on the 3rd floor making it difficult to walk to our room on the 3rd floor. Usually the handicapped room are on the first floor. There were no shelves of any kind to set down clothes or personal toiletries in the bathroom and there were no room darkening drapes -just thin sheer drapes that allowed the light to come in to the room by 6:00 in the morning. Not my time to wake up!
