When we arrived the agent wasn't rude but wasn't friendly either. Just very to the point. We took the elevator to our floor which didn't look, feel or sound the safest. The hallway to our room was dingy, hot and smelled bad. Our room was ok. The sheets on the bed looked clean but you could tell that only the minimum was cleaned in the room. The windows were nasty and had green stuff growing along the edge. The piece that was holding the curtains on the wall was falling off. One of the curtains had red/brown stuff on it on the inside by the window. The shower was also not the cleanest. The shower head had brown gunk where the water comes out and the knobs for the water had green stuff growing along the outside of them. The shampoo/conditioner containers also had gunk around them. The walls were very thin and even in a corner room we could hear conversations, furniture moving, people walking, etc. The hotel seemed to be in a safe location. Breakfast was very minimal. Two choices of cereal, yogurt, two choices of bread, eggs, sausage and waffles. Waffles and cereal were good. Sausage was not. It was very much just an ok place to stay. I wish the room was cleaner, there were at least a few more breakfast options and that the staff was a little more customer focused. Other than that nothing terrible happened.

After checking in at a small, poorly marked front desk, we were met by hallways that were both dark and starkly lit. Our room smelled strongly of smoke, even though it’s a nonsmoking room. Despite this, we stayed. To our surprise, the beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean. Though there was a small dog barking nearby, the room was quiet enough for a light sleeper. Breakfast the next day was the usual ultraprocessed hotel “food.” We will not be returning.

I requested my room to be cleaned and it was not cleaned. We asked for flavored creamer and was told there was none but the next day there was flavored creamer out for use.
