When I arrived the front of the building looked ok could use a facelift on the building but not a big deal. After checking in I was told that my room is in the second building ok cool. However, when I get to the other side of the building the first thing that I noticed was 2 shopping carts full of trash outside in the parking lot which by the way was filthy. As I approached the building the outside door was wide open and it seem to be under construction on the lower level which was filled with a bunch of materials, dust and dirt all over the place and that door should have been closed better yet if construction is going on in that building it should not have been vacant. I thought only service pets were allowed on the premises but I guess that is not the case. Now with the door open there was a bird in the hallway and couldn't get out so there where bird feathers everywhere and it also seems to be a nest right under the doorway as you enter the building. Now I'm at my room and the door is hard to get open no big deal but upon entering the room I was not satisfied at all. I had curtain drapes disguised as a throw on the bed, cigarette holds in the bedding when it's a non smoking room, poor water pressure to take a shower and the tiles in the shower looked to have some mold that I didn't even want to use the shower, and lastly which is the most disgusting is finding a few roaches in the bathroom and one in the entry way of the door. The complementary breakfast area could have been way better as there were 2 leaks coming from the ceiling in that room and the orange juice machine wasn't working and the beverages that did come out the machine was hot and needed ice which was on the other side should have been closer. The only hot thing to eat was waffles which I found baffling because the last Quality Inn that I stayed in had eggs, sausage, and hot cereals. This Quality location needs a lot of work done to even meet the standards of other Quality Inn's that I stayed in because I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this Quality because Quality is not what I received.

Definitely in need of updating. TV offered limited channels and quality. It was shelter.
