Lost my business
Everything went well until this morning when I was hoping to get a ride back to freightliner, where I was picked up by your shuttle service. The guy at the desk this morning said the shuttle only goes to the airport. I disagreed with him because I was standing in front of him and I came from freightliner the day before. He said "I've worked here 3 years and the shuttle only goes to the airport." He refused to let the shuttle take me back to freightliner so I called uber and got a ride immediately. I won't be staying at your hotel again. The attitude of the guy this morning lost my business.
