I had called ahead to confirm my room details to ensure it met my needs before making the reservation. I received an email confirming my booking, which stated that I would have two beds. However, upon my arrival, I found that the room only had one king bed, which was not what I had requested or what was indicated in the email. I explained my booking details to the receptionist, but she did not offer any assistance; she simply mentioned that she would inform the manager. Additionally, she stated that the person I spoke with on the phone was a new employee, which is not a valid excuse given the price I was paying. The following morning, I spoke with the manager, who assured me he would report the issue. Unfortunately, they did not offer any kind of discount for my next visit, which was disappointing, especially considering I traveled all the way from Houston to San Antonio. I ended up having to sleep on the sofa bed, which was uncomfortable, and they did not provide any sheets for it either.

Carpet damp, room musty, dust bunnies stuck to bathroom door, rust and mold around bathroom door jamb. Crumbs in drawer with extra sheets and pillows for pullout couch. Shower surround and tub peeling. Had to remove peeled paint from drain to get water to go down. Breakfast was poor, eggs, tots, and sausage were cold, no mild both mornings, fridge with yogurt, butter, and sunny d not working, sunny d and waters were warm. Only positive was friendly staff.

Really good staff members at check in and friendly, breakfast was great.
