Our smoky Mountain getaway
We have stayed at that particular hotel a few times.
The location is very, very convenient
The staff is very, very pleasant
The price was spot on too
But. Kind of disappointment in the upkeep of the hotel.
We heard several people complaining that their room was not acceptable at all.
One family asked to move two different times
Our room was acceptable. Just very outdated in a lot of areas. Including the insight and the outside.
I wish more attention was paid to that property
