I've stayed at this location ALOT and loved it. This time was alittle different, our hair dryer broke while we were using it and was told they couldn't fix it. Our coffee pot didn't work, the breakfast wasn't sufficient for people that have food allergies. Had to ask for room service. Couldn't use the pool it was green and so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. I feel for the price I paid for the room was alittle high for what we had to deal with.

They never changed my sheets,I stayed 4 night nobody bothered to freshen the room with new sheets,towels or even vacuum .I had to walk to the front desk every time I needed something. It was horrible . Never booking again.
