Live Roaches in room and inside microwave. Dead roaches and gecko on floor. No drawers for clothes storage. Refrigerator was not balanced. Outside temperatures was 96-98* and air conditioner stayed at 78*. Hair dryer settings did not work. When it was plugged in, it came on, and had to unplug for it to stop. There was no bath mat on bathroom floor. The bed made an awful noise when moving. Had issues with Door keys, door handle to ballroom was broken and hanging, therefore door stayed open in 90*+ weather. Ballroom was hot. Ladies bathroom in reception area had no window coverings for privacy, broken soap dispenser, loose faucet. My safety was threatened by Employee entering my room uninvited on departure demanding money twice.

If I were desperate for a place to stay I might stay here again. When you can see through cracks in the door jam to the outside you just do not feel secure, peeling paint is not a great look, all the towels were stained with muddy smudges and no one was manning the front desk when I wanted to check out....... never saw anyone and when I called the number at the front desk, the person who answered stated they were in the wash room, and, other guests in the breakfast room stated there was only one person running the whole hotel.

The trio gentlemen at the front desk were weird.i was not notified about a deposit until check in,I have never had u room checked before checking out because i paid cash out hotel in not at all the top of the line the hotel ins in need of repair badly you should be asking people to stay and giving a discount on top.i will never stay in a choice hotel in life
