Great service, nice rooms, good breakfast, nice pool. Great access to amenities

Too many reasons- Extremely slow check in process Not a bar of hand soap Locked out of our hotel room at 10pm due to batteries dying…after multiple trips down the stairs just kept being given new keys despite saying there is no response or feedback from the lock mechanism. We finally get in, and 10 minutes later at 11 pm we have someone knock on the door to tell us to be quiet. We were just laying in bed laughing at the whole situation we had just been through. No. Music. No TV. Not drinking. I paid way too much money to stay here to go through this and be told to go to bed at 11 on a Friday night. Absolute joke. Will never stay here again and will highly recommend no one I know does either.

The hotel is gorgeous and conveniently located. The decor is modern and sleek and clean. Parking is convenient, though pricey, at $20 per day. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. The coffee shop in the lobby was an added convenience, providing coffee and light breakfast and snacks.
