environment is good, facility is great. service is nice.

A half hour after arriving to my room, a female worker entered my room. I was on the patio, I came back in and my door was wide open and she was on my bathroom. Very suspicious and weird. She just used her card to enter my room. I slept with a chair in front of my door. Also you put me next door to a staff house and they have loud children!! No one should stay in room 47! Go listen to room 48! Just listen at the door. Room wasn’t very clean. I did complain at the front desk about that employee who entered my room! She made me unsafe in my room! I left my phone on record when I would leave my room, in hopes to catch her coming back in my room!

The beach, water activities, breakfast and location was all great however the service not very good it was hard to get a hold of front desk for clean towels and had a small problem with my room however I was told maintenance was gone hone for the day but it was only 4pm on a Thursday and they never even followed up the next day. I wasted 1/2 the day calling and retelling my problem in waiting for somebody to show up to the room.
