We have stayed at Quality Inns in other locations, several times. This particular Inn was so disappointing. For example our standard queen bed room had major paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, the rugs were stained. We asked for a room change and were upgraded to a king where the bathroom sink was plugged. Thankfully, as it was late in the evening, Josh (on duty) came to our room, and after several attempts, managed to unplug it. We have done a lot of Ontario getaway staycations this year and plan to do more this month but will not go back to Quality. At least not Quality Inn and Conference hotel in Orilia. Such a low grade hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable for the price you are paying, The staff is friendly and the pool is great!!

Pool wasn't working, mattress were lumpy, breakfast items were not replenished.
