Price, I think, is fine, but the building is dated, and was not built (remodeled?) well. You can see that some of the details (trimming, caulking, painting, etc.) were not done well. The biggest problem was the smell. The main lobby had a very strong air freshener smell, but once you walk into the hall, it had a very unpleasant smell.
