Overall positive experience - staff was helpful and available. Room was a little tight but clean and well maintained. Pleasant surprise to have the room serviced daily by housekeeping

I stayed 2 nights. First morning our bathroom flooded…for absolutely no reason on my part. I needed to move to the room next door…which had a terrible smell. I had no TV that night and no internet in the morning. I also could not figure out how to contact the front desk for all of these issues..,forcing me to run to the front desk to report our flooding in our room. While checking out, the front desk person was very sympathetic to my concerns, but was not willing to compensate me in return for my several inconveniences. She agreed to pass along my concerns to her manager and that he would be calling me. I have not heard back from him yet.

Located near many attractions. And yes, as many others have mentioned, it needs some cosmetic work inside and out but was reasonably priced, clean and comfortable, safe, very quiet and all of the staff that I encountered were very pleasant and delightful. I would stay here again.
