The room was clean and the Continental breakfast was ready at 6 am when had to check out. Staff was friendly and courteous.

I was surprised that the room was not cleaned after the first night, beds made, new towels!!! Breakfast was good!!

We stayed at this hotel in Redwing, MN for 3 nights. I had seen a sign that stated room service will be done after the second night, if you stay more than one night. So before we left for the day, I stopped at the front desk to double check that our room was going to get cleaned and rep[lenished with towels. He told me yes, our room was on the schedule to be cleaned that day. Our room needed a little bit of a freshen up, garbages were full, crumbs on the floor, coffee gone, and towels all dirty. Well, when we got back later that day, the only thing the housekeeper did was hang up clean towels. Normally, the housekeeper will make the room look like it did when you walked in for the first time…make or put fresh bedding on, take out the garbage, replenish the coffee, the cups, the toilet paper, the ice bag, the Kleenex, etc…..I had to go down twice and ask for those things. His excuse was, “she is new”. NOT an excuse. My mom was with me on this trip and she said I should have gone down and asked for a bit of a discount, or money back. I didn’t but I feel like I should have. Also, our fridge did not work. We had my daughter’s breast milk and a lot of food, so finally at 11:00pm the front desk guy came in with a different fridge. My son recently moved to Redwing, MN and I plan to visit him frequently, BUT without a credit to the Quality Inn, I will not be staying there. Any way you can make this right with me, and I will gladly give this hotel another chance….. Thank you, Kathy Buseman
