The room was nice for the most part, even with a sloping floor but the noise of the freeway was very bad. The breakfast was very minimal compared to other Quality Inns and Choice inns we have stayed at this trip.

First night I had to hunt down the microwave, it was in the lobby. No coffee pot, microwave, or iron in the room. The breakfast area was a whole mess that night. The breakfast in the AM was lackluster at best, kids enjoyed it though. My bagel was stale, they didn't even move the creamer pumps over to the coffee bar. No juice cups that night either and my son had a diabetic emergency that night. The housekeeper never come and cleaned our room the whole 3 days we were there. Never got any more towels (provided 4 at the beginning and never got more), toilet paper, or any other linens. The housekeeper didn't speak English and looked at me crazy when I asked for things (towels and toilet paper). I found a used wash rag wrapped around the shampoo/conditoner/body wash bottles bolted to the wall. Was told the couch pulled out, it didn't. No DND sign in the room. It was an easy to navigate hotel, the pool was nice being indoor.
