We were given a room that we not to be available. The refrigerator was locked, the bathroom tub had a constant water flow and the floors were wet from something and never dried.

The pool was dirty. the bathroom was out of order the weight room equipment was broken

Left a Google review that we were very unsatisfied with our stay. Our check-in was great. The lady at the checkout counter was super friendly and courteous. We checked into our room only to find that the refrigerator was completely filled with mold along with the bathroom and vanity. We requested towels multiple times only to be told that the hotel had ran out and we were basically SOL. The pool was lime green and you were unable to see the bottom. The breakfast lady on shift was extremely rude to customers that were just trying to ask her simple questions and she could be her complaining about her elderly coworker Mister Ed, who was just trying to take out her garbage. We had also requested room service, which never came. Unfortunately we were not in the financial position to cancel our stay and go elsewhere, but we will not be staying here again.
