Quality inn- west haven CT

Semi decent cleaned room (though found a roach). And the blow dryer sparked n almost caught my hand on fire.

Very disappointed

There were visible rat traps. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. The air unit in the room was completely turned off so it was unbelievably hot in the room and took half the night to cool down. It was not disclosed that there was no an elevator or I wouldn’t have picked a room on the second floor.
