Reviews
Our room was not clean. There were dirty socks in three separate locations. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The pillows and bed were not comfortable. The A/C did not work properly. The A/C and continuous fan shut off in middle of the night, and we had to restart it. Noise was heard from the road, the hallway, and the neighboring room. The breakfast area was too small and it was difficult to get to items while others were getting items. The attendant was not friendly and did not refill the waffle maker even after being asked. There was no spray for the waffle make and each guest had to dig their broken, stuck waffles from the maker. The coffee tasted terrible. Every single table was dirty and none were cleaned during the entire time we were in the breakfast area.

Never Again
We had stayed at a Sleep Inn in Idaho and liked it. We had to stop on Flagstaff, and figured this hotel would be similar. The first sign of trouble was not enough parking for all guests. The spaces available were fitting for subcompact vehicles if you wanted to be able to open your doors. The stay descended from that point. I was forced to parking in a non-parking area and hope to not get towed before the garbage truck showed up.

Welcome Week Stay
It was a nice stay. Rooms were clean but smelled weird. Probably the carpet. Parking spaces were smaller than average. Many took up 2 spaces.
Thank you.
