The check in policy is reason enough not to recommend someone however the hotel itself is nice

The radiator in my room wouldn’t turn off and made noise all night long, the sink in the bathroom had an extremely slow drain, the door didn’t properly latch unless pushed or pulled hard. Breakfast was also mediocre- with no variation over 4 days in a meat selection and the same dry pancakes / French toast - very bland, at almost $200 / night I expect a much better experience over all.

The room was overpriced. In addition, my balcony overlooked the HVAC system. I couldn't sit on the balcony or open the window bc of the noise. I should have been told in advance of this, or offered a discounted rate.
