Exceptionally professional, kind, and caring staff. We found ourselves in very difficult circumstances, and the manager responded with remarkable compassion. What I’ve said here is truly an understatement and cannot fully express our gratitude. My wife and I will never forget his kindness — nor the kindness of two of his employees.

I was in town for an emergency surgery for our kitten - I booked the room on the phone, requested a hospital rate which was offered. I checked into the room and a few hours later, unexpectedly, the vet called to say I needed to pick my pet up. I walked up to the front desk and asked if they were pet friendly, the asian woman at the front desk pointed at a sign on the wall that said not pet friendly. I said OK I guess I'll have to check out then. She said she cannot check me out until the next day. I explained that I would need the receipt and she said again I can't do that until tomorrow, anyway.. you've already paid for the night. It was very dismissive, I said this is poor service and she laughed at me so I departed.
