Fine for my purposes

Staff was not friendly. The check in girl did smile at greeting! Amenities very limited. Housekeeping inefficient. Manager sour and so unprofessionally dressed, I thought she was going fishing! We stay there because of its proximity to family members and will continue to do so, but have now lowered our expectations!

We were in town for a baseball tournament. Pat was amazing and accommodated every request without question, or hesitation. The other front desk staff were also very nice and accommodating, as well. Pat was all over the place. She made sure our last family that came a day after everyone would be able to check in the moment they arrived. Room was clean. It would have been nice if she would have had enough staff to keep the bar open late. My only complaints are (in no particular ranking) 1) there was a large stain on the carpet in our room. It sort of blended with the busy carpet, but the carpet was blue and the stain was brown. 2) the windows hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I understand seagulls are messy birds, but the glass above the foyer was bad and the outside glass of our room windows were bad. 3) breakfast was way subpar compared with the chain hotels. We ate at Bloom and Brunch one day. Perhaps a partnership could work. With the large dining in the back area, the outside patio, or even the bar area, better breakfast would be nice. 4)the front decaf coffee was cold at night. Maybe a machine with pods for decaf in the lobby would be better. 5)There weren’t enough pool towels. 6)The cleaning staff didn’t check in to replenish the coffee cups or pods in my room, but the front desk was able to give those when I went down. 7)Drinks in the bar seemed awfully pricey. 8) our shower/bath had a constant drip. Overall, though, we had a great stay and a lot of fun. Thank you
