When I reached for the check in, the reception lady in the desk handed over the key to my booked room and said to me go to this room. She didn’t give any brief details about the apartment. When I opened the room, I was so surprised to see the room. The room was not just messy, it wasn’t even cleaned. I was so frustrated to see the room despite the fact that I was travelling from Sydney to Melbourne I went straight to the reception and told the reception lady that the room she asked me to go wasn’t cleaned from the previous customer check out. She just said sorry and handed me another key. I am so disappointing by the customer service. Also, during my stay none of the housekeeping came to provide a new towel
