Toilet kept clogging and staff handed me a plunger that still had literal 💩 on it. The bathtub took 2 hours to drain. The breakfast was greasy. The fridge had old rotted food in it and only the freezer worked on it. They charged a deposit for the room and I noticed an atm fee charged to my account as well. The elevator made a horrible noise when on it and you had to push the buttons at least twice to get it to work. The indoor pool was freezing cold with flies floating in it. And i was charged a fee for my service dog. If it wasnt for the fact that it was a non refundable booking i would have walked out the moment i walked in. Avoid this place at all costs!

Clean Hotel

Service was horrible. It smelt like rotten milk and throw up. The pool was ice cold. It was dirty. Water stains on the ceilings paint falling off the ceiling. Our pillows were dirty. Crickets all over. Spiders. And dead bugs place was so nasty we didnt even try the breakfast. A 50$ a night hotel with a 100$ security deposit that the manager said would be refunded instantly as I check out and it has yet to refund. I will never stay again not even if it was free
