I stayed 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. On day 2, I got new towels. That is the only service I received from housekeeping. When I checked in, my room key did not work. I had to return to the front desk 3 times, and have my room key reset, until my key finally worked. My shower never worked during my 3-night stay. The outside door, next to my 1st floor room, remained unlocked and open the whole time I was there.

Room was clean. Staff at check-in desk was nice.
BUT---the eggs were cold for our first breakfast, I let the employee know and she had just put what she said were freshly made eggs on top of the previous eggs and told me to eat them, I told her I was uncomfortable eating them and she told me again to eat the eggs that were there and I said no, thank you, I was uncomfortable eating them and she told me again to eat the eggs that were there and I said again, no thank you, I was uncomfortable eating them--I felt that I was treated very unkindly in this situation. There was also no Kleenex in our room and there was a major storm one night and no one secured the outdoor patio furniture which then blew around the parking lot and could've badly damaged the guests's cars which were parked in the parking lot. It was more than a couple hours after daylight (several hours after the storm) that someone went out and put the chairs back in their regular location.
