First I had a situation that happened and I was charged extra for checking in early. I am on a fixed income. We went to the room. The room smelled like smoke as if someone had smoked in the room. The light by the TV had no light bulb. The bedding comforter had a cigarette burn on them (double beds). When I pulled back the cover one of the bed's white sheets also had cigarette burns on it. The lights in between the beds did not turn on. When the front desk was told no one came to take care of it and replace the bulb. One of the beds only had one pillow on it. Why are the pillows flat. Sigh. I cleaned off the sink area for there to be a roach crawling on it.(Frustrated). The microwave was dirty. It looked like it had not been cleaned for a while. Just throw it away and buy a new one is what it looked like. This was just the first night. The remote back kept falling off. We had trash that needed to be taken out. No one came to clean the room. Then upon check out. We checked out at 7:15. I was so ready to leave the hotel and the state (other reasons). The front desk clerk was told of most of the issues and she appeared nonchalant about what I was telling her. For this hotel to be apart of choice hotel it's disgusting representation.

Rude service at check in, rooms were dirty. Broken mirror, holes in the wall, bold on the bathroom.

Fridge has mold inside, bathroom hsa mold on ceiling and hole. Toilet seat and lid were dirty,tub had pubic hair in it. Air conditioner was not working. Room phone didn't work. Ice machine didn't work either.
