I met some great people. the staff was very understanding helpful housekeeping was great.people need to know when you come onto someone else's property you leave it the way you found it these people work hard to clean it and the next day have to clean up unnecessary things who just throws things before it keeps walking on the ground outside and keep walking but what do you see the next day the staff cleans it all back up for a great bunch of people. Usually when a person leaves at low score it's because they're not satisfied with the things going on in their life and want to make someone else's life is unhappy as theirs great job y'all don't let don't let a few bad people stop you from doing what you do best

The room flooring is slippery, and doesn't get cleaned well. My toddler and I walked into the room, upon arrival, and he almost fell... and he had on rubber bottom shoes. There was a dead roach and a TOENAIL RIGHT WHEN WE WALKED IN. The microwave didn't work, and the toilet was not cleaned properly, on the outside

The place is neglected, gross, and just a sad place to be. The floors, while vinyl and not stained carpet (which I’m assuming they replaced) were very uninviting. No hair dryer, not enough towels, front test staff is gone at 9pm (I wouldn’t stay there after 9pm either, now that I’ve been there), the room smelled of smoke due to the smoking rooms around it, the smell of smoke was thick in the hallway, the sprinkler was corroded and covered in dust and cobwebs, there were random hairs in the bathtub, the doors were missing off the lower portion of the kitchenette, the bathroom light was blazing bright and industrial-feeling. The place just felt like a last resort of sorts, and a total error in judgement on my part. But the AC worked and I didn’t find any bed bugs, so hurray for those two things.
