We have stayed at Quality Inns a number of times over the years across the country. This was the worse Quality Inn we have stayed at. The staff was not friendly! They required making a copy of my drivers license rather than just verifying who I was like other Choice hotels and hotel chains. The hotel clerk was not well trained. No breakfast was offered except coffee and juice. They displayed awards earned in past years which did not reflect current situations. Choice hotel should seriously address this location!

Please note that there was no one at the front desk when we wanted to check in. We rang a doorbell on the counter several times before the gentleman, Michael, appeared about 6 minutes later looking desheveled as if we woke him up out of his sleep. It took a bit for him to get himself together. Once we were checked in, we went to the room and noticed that the bathroom sink was very backed up. I told Michael and he said he would take care of it. It was not fixed 2 days later. We were offered free coffe and continental breakfast, which I asked the man about and he told me that they do not offer coffe or continental breakfast and never have. I told him it was on their website and he said he will check and take it off. I tried calling this hotel on Monday morning from our job site to let the front desk know that we wanted to check out early on Tuesday morning, July 15, 2025 but could not get through. It would ring and ring and then it would hang up. I tried about 15 times and it did the same thing over and over. I called corporate and they tried calling and could not get through. I was told that someone picked up, put them on hold and then hung up. They told me to try later but that they were noting this on the account. I called the hotel again after about an hour and a woman picked up right away and took care of our check out the next day, Tuesday, July 15, 2025. We were only at this hotel for 2 nights but we were charged manually by this hotel for our entire 7 night stay. Today is Friday and we still haven't received a credit.
