The towel rack was rusted so the towels were discolored with rust, refrigerator was not hooked up or cooled off upon arrival. One of the doors in the suite would not say closed without being deadbolted, and the bathroom had food or poop along the door and part of the wall by the sink and the door would not latch without being my forced closed.

We arrived July 25th @ 12am. The woman on duty was very nice and helpful. July 26 a man was on duty. He was rude and was upset because he wasn't at the desk, so I went to the window on the hallway he was on his cell phone. I didn't care about that, but he was noticeably agitated when I asked for clean towels that wasn't left in the bathroom. He proceeded to lecture me about the card on the door which I had taken off and put inside the room and I asked a Mexican girl who was cleaning rooms to please get me some clean towels she used her phone to see what I was saying. She didn't offer me any on the cart. She didn't bring me any either. I went to the desk the 26th after we got back from a birthday party for clean towels. comment above. 27th and 28th the lady was back at the front check in -check-out counter and was very nice. Both need training in Motel management. unfortunately, there isn't an abundance of motels to choose from in Corning Arkansas and Paragould Missouri. So, we're stuck. We stayed there last 2 years it was better then but there isn't an inhouse restaurant yet working on it for 2 years?
