Kein sauberes Zimmer, sehr kleines Frühstück, defekte Geräte

On August 1st, 2025 my son and myself (his mother) found ourselves in need of a hotel after driving 12 hours from Wisconsin to Tulsa. We checked in to the Quality Inn Tulsa Central in Tulsa at 10829 E. 41st Street. Our room was a 3rd floor exterior unit room 337. This was actually the 2nd time I have stayed at this line of hotels in the Tulsa area. The first time was last summer in which we checked in and found cockroaches in the room, thankfully the manager did put us into a different room, but it didn't make me feel great. We thought we would give this time another chance, just in a different location. Sadly our experience was bad yet again. Beds were made and looked ok with exception to staining in the sheets. Burnt out light bulbs and even a lamp with no light bulb at all. For a non-smoking room there were burn marks on the bathtub. Tub fixtures were in disrepair. Cleanliness of the bathroom was gross. Deadbolt on the door did not function only the metal flip bar door lock On our way up the exterior stairs it smelled of marajuanna. Someone attempted to enter our room after we had gone to sleep, thank god for the metal flip bar door lock and around 2 am I was woken up by yelling in Spanish. I peered out the window and saw a few people lined up being yelled at, one of them kept bowing. There were older people and even some children, maybe around 7 years old. I had thought about calling 911, but decided to call the main desk. They stated they would check it out, I doubt anyone did. After about 20mins or so the group dispersed. At breakfast I noticed that the bathroom in the lobby area was out of order and so was the elevator. For a place named Quality Inn this is anything but. I asked the front desk person if anything could be done or a refund or something he just kept saying Oh, I'm sorry to each complaint and directed me to email you. Extremely dissatisfied!!!

Not good customer service. Front desk personnel not friendly .
