Our room was fine and the property was very nice. We wanted to extend our stay by one day and called to make the arrangements. We were told that we could stay one additional night but we would have to change rooms because our current room was reserved by someone who needed adjoining rooms. We had no issue with this. The next morning when we went to make the arrangements for the room change we were told that nothing had been done and that we had no reservation for another night. The young lady that helped us was able to figure out a way for us to change rooms to another handicapped room. That room was also an adjoining room. I guess I don't understand why we moved from one adjoining room to another but mostly I don't understand why our arrangements from the night before were never made. One more thing. The carpet in the hallway was disgusting and either needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The people are friendly, the hotel is super clean and the beds are AMAZING!!

My room was welcoming, a place to rest. A table I could move to be in front of the tv. Convenient up one flight and 2 doors down. These days, when breakfast is available at the site (which I did not use) there is no microwave and refrigerator. So that was a pleasant surprise. I had difficulty with the coffee maker. Operator error. I made quite a mess. But was able to do better after the first day.
