There were visible rat traps. The entire place smelled like cigarettes. The air unit in the room was completely turned off so it was unbelievably hot in the room and took half the night to cool down. It was not disclosed that there was no an elevator or I wouldn’t have picked a room on the second floor.

The Quality Inn is my home away from home I’ve been staying here off and on since there grand opening I have 2 favorite housekeepers which there all very nice I have my favorites the ladies and gentleman are also very nice the manager PETE is nice as well and also understanding it’s quite and clean it’s a comfortable spot away from home this is my go to spot

My assigned room was recently renovated, but there was sheetrock dust all over the baseboards and all of the air filters in the hvac unit were completely plugged with dust and dirt- I had to clean them out myself in the bathroom. Whoever did the renovation work didnt take the proper care to keep the construction debris out of the air conditioner, and the property did not do a proper room cleaning after the construction work was done. Just seemed like it was a rushed job so they could say it was done.
