The bed was broken and so was the hot tube. I was promised a room change or a refund but I didn't receive either. The overnight staff told me that I should have raised the issue at 10pm not at 2am when I followed up, despite the fact that I reported the issue upon check in. The fridge, microwave and towels were missing, I was informed that I should ask housekeeping the following morning for towels. The service technician for the tub never showed up after waiting for hours in a room with a broken bed

The lobby is dirty and stinky. The carpets are not vacuumed. The staff are sleepy and doesnt look friendly or approachable. There were no towels in the rooms and it also smelled like cigarettes all over. I will never try Econolodge again.

It smells like someone was smoking in our room and it says it a non smoking room and I asked for towel for we dis not have any in our room but the lady in the front desk said no towel at night.It does not make sense.
