No linen - when asked only 2 towels provided I was told nothing else available. Room dirty and smoky, even with smoke free room label on door and by request. Building old and back side falling apart and trash around. No beverages and only given a bruised apple and outdated cereal bar for the “continental breakfast”.

I reserved a room with 1 King Bed, No Smoking. The room had 2 queen beds (this was ok), but the room reeked of cigarette smoke, enough to make my eyes water. The room was in rough shape (doors, furniture,etc.) There were no towels or soap provided. I had to ask at the reception desk. The next morning, there was no breakfast put out. I had to ask at the reception desk and was provided a sack with an apple, a pastry and a granola bar, but no beverage.

There was no towels in the room to take a shower in the morning when I woke up ask them for towels they said half an hour didn’t show up with towels till checkout time
