So happy I chose to stay with Comfort Inn

The hold they put on the security deposit is too long

Great room and breakfast The hotel itself was fine and good value, but the fact that they hold the security deposit for 10 business days is completely unreasonable and unnecessary. That money should be returned to us within 2 to 3 business days at maximum once they verified that the room is fine.
